Welcome to Biblely, a product of Teqpace Services LTD. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Biblely mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to update and change these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.

Description of Service

Biblely is a comprehensive Bible study application that provides:

• Access to Bible translations and versions
• Reading plans and progress tracking
• Prayer journal functionality
• Note-taking, highlighting, and bookmarking features
• Verse memorization tools
• Audio Bible with Text-to-Speech (TTS) functionality
• Daily devotionals and verse of the day
• Statistics and reading insights
• Cloud synchronization across devices
• Push notifications and reminders

Account Registration and Security

Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to the Service or other users.

License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws)

User-Generated Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service, including prayer journal entries, notes, highlights, and other personal reflections ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Content Standards

While your User Content is private and personal, you agree that any content you create will:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not infringe on any third-party rights
• Not contain malicious code or harmful content

Backup Responsibility

While we implement backup systems, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important content. We are not liable for any loss of User Content.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, functionality, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Biblely or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Bible Translations

Bible translations provided through the Service are used under appropriate licenses. Different translations may have different copyright restrictions. Please respect the copyright of Bible translation publishers.

• Public domain translations (KJV, ASV, etc.) may be freely used and shared
• Contemporary translations may have usage restrictions
• Commercial use of copyrighted translations without permission is prohibited

Donations and Payments

Biblely is provided free of charge. We may accept voluntary donations to support the development and maintenance of the Service. All donations are:

• Voluntary and non-refundable
• Not in exchange for any specific features or services
• Processed through secure third-party payment providers
• Subject to the terms of the payment provider

We reserve the right to introduce premium features or subscriptions in the future, which will be governed by additional terms.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our privacy practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Spiritual Guidance Disclaimer

Biblely is a tool for Bible reading and study. It is not a substitute for professional spiritual counseling, pastoral care, or theological education. We encourage you to engage with your local faith community and seek guidance from qualified spiritual leaders.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIBLELY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Damages resulting from any conduct or content of third parties
• Damages resulting from interruption or termination of the Service

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Biblely and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

Modifications to the Service

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Biblely operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Biblely regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
